The process of preparing a Will, or estate planning is the process of planning for the future. A Will ensures that your wishes are protected and implemented, and protects your loved ones from making difficult decisions about the distribution of your estate. After providing for your loved ones in your Will, you may have the opportunity to reflect on the causes and organisations that are meaningful to you, and consider including a legacy gift.
