Presenter Bio: Tarn began his career in youth advocacy, an experience that inspired a commitment to pursuing law and serving others through legal work. During law school, Tarn explored several areas of practice, including criminal law while working with the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office. That role provided valuable experience in litigation, public service, and community-focused advocacy.

Tarn later transitioned into contract and business law, spending a summer with the Small Business Legal Clinic, where Tarn worked closely with small businesses and entrepreneurs on a variety of legal matters. Tarn also completed a capstone paper focused on Oregon Fair WorkWeek Act and its impact on workers and employers across the state.
