Join Dallas for Change and Born Strong Foundation every 1st Sunday at 4DWN for our Learn and Train Self Defense series.
This free, family friendly event series serves as an educational and safe environment to learn and train self defense with Born Strong Martial Arts. Our mission is to create safer, stronger communities across Dallas and it starts with understanding how to safely and effectively protect yourself.
Our instructors are Krav Maga Shield International certified, and focus on real world scenarios, always training new and evolved techniques to properly defend against modern day attacks.
