Step into the rhythm of Caribbean heritage with a 90-minute Bèlè Dance Workshop led by performer and instructor Chrislyn Lashington. Rooted in the traditions of Grenada and neighbouring Caribbean nations, Bèlè is more than a dance—it’s a celebration of resilience, joy, and community.

In this traditional dance workshop, you'll:
✅ Learn the history of Bèlè
✅ Break down the traditional steps and posture
✅ Dance to traditional music
✅ Practice a group choreography
✅ Move in traditional Bèlè skirts (provided)

Whether you're a dancer, culture lover, or curious spirit, this is your invitation to connect with something deep, grounded, and joyful.
