Learn how to tuft and take home your own handmade rug! Melissa of Melspace Creative will walk you through each step from design to execution. This workshop will cover all the basic tufting skills you'll need to create your very own rug to be completed by Melissa and picked up at a later date. This workshop is beginner-friendly and all materials will be provided!
A note about the changes: Instead of the usual 3-hour class, where you leave your rug for Melissa to do the gluing and backing -- then you pick up your rug a week later-- NOW the class will be 4 hours long. You will create a design, learn the basics of tufting from Melissa, tuft your rug, and then learn the finishing stages, such as gluing, trimming, and backing.
This way, you will get to leave with your finished rug THAT DAY! So that is exciting, AND the price stays the same: $105
