Learn to sew while making something beautiful and practical! In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll create a charming zippered cosmetic case, complete with a playful ruffle detail for extra flair.
This project is designed to build confidence with basic sewing techniques while introducing you to new skills such as working with zippers, sewing ruffles, and adding simple linings. By the end of class, you’ll take home a stylish cosmetic bag that’s as fun to show off as it is useful.
Included in the class: A kit with 2 fat quarters of fabric for the outside and the lining, soft and stable stabilizer, and a zipper. Students can choose their fabrics day of class or by coming in prior. There is no additional charge for fabric and supplies, they are included in the price of the class.
