Learn to Sew a Rope Bowl

Always losing your keys? Need a cute container for odds and ends? Come learn to sew a rope bowl using recycled cotton rope and your sewing machine!
You will need to bring:
- A sewing machine in good working order with power cord, foot pedal, bobbins, and zig-zag stitch foot
-Optional: special fabric scraps (at least 2”x2”) or thread
Materials Provided:
-100% recycled cotton rope
-A new Microtex needle
-Thread
-Fabric in a large range of colors
Note: Students should know the basics of how to use their sewing machine, including how to wind a bobbin and replace a needle.
