Learn to Play RPGs - Shadowdark - ATHENS

Shadowdark is a dark fantasy tabletop role-playing game created by Kelsey Dionne and published in 2023 via a record-breaking kickstarter. It is part of the Old School Renaissance and focuses primarily on dungeon crawling. It won the 2024 Three Castles Award for best game design, as well as four gold ENNIEs: Product of the Year, Best Game, Best Rules, and Best Layout & Design.
Shadowdark is a game that captures the nostalgic old-school charm of traditional dungeons and hex crawls from Dungeons & Dragons, while introducing modern, streamlined design and contemporary mechanics that make it more accessible and engaging for today's players.
Pre-generated PCs and all other materials provided.

Cost: Event will have a charge of $5 for pre-registration. This fee will be given back as either a credit or gift card upon check-in to the event with the organizer.
