Turn your walk into a full-body workout with Nordic walking! We've partnered with Madison Nordic Ski Club (MadNorSki) for a free class. Participants of all ages are welcome and will explore the trails of Elver Park and learn how to use walking poles for a cardio and strength-building workout. •Meet at Elver Park, 1250 McKenna Blvd.
•Sunset is at approx. 4:30pm. A limited number of headlamps will be provided for event. Please bring a head lamp, if you have one.
Walking poles are provided or bring your own.
•Dress for the weather.
•Open to all ages.
•Advanced registration is required and may be done online or by phone.
