Most of us would appreciate more peace and harmony in our lives. Mindfulness meditation is an excellent way to begin. The simple yet profound practice of meditation is easy to learn.Taught in English by our qualified instructors, this basic meditation class is for beginners, as well as anyone who would like to refresh their understanding of the meditation technique.
Learn to Meditate is free, however your donations are welcome.
Doors open at 6:30pm, and close (and lock) at 6:55pm, so please remember to arrive early. There is some parking available in the rear lot, on site, or you can take bus #14 to McArthur and Moorvale/De L’église.
