Drop-in class for beginners, or for anyone who would like a refresher.
On alternate weeks we teach the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Cultivation of Loving Kindness (Metta Bhavana), two meditation practices that form the basis for calm, clarity and wisdom.
Sessions start at 10am prompt. You are welcome to stay on for tea and a chat afterwards. You might also like to join our Going Deeper session at 11.30am, where you can find out more about the Buddha and his teachings.
All our classes are offered on a donation basis, drawing upon the Buddhist practice of dana – generosity. Please give what you can to support us to share the Buddha’s teachings more widely.
