In this class each person will learn how to feed their own sourdough starter, make dough WITH BEER!? Oh yeah! We'll cover how to knead, shape a loaf, share tips and tricks to continue to make homemade sourdough beyond the class. Each person will get to take home their fed starter, dough to take home and bake, and a printed guide. This is an experience you won't want to miss! Pre-registration IS REQUIRED by June 14th!
