Ready to build confidence in the gym?

Learn to Lift is a six-week beginner strength training course led by Kelly, designed to teach you the fundamentals of lifting in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Whether you're completely new to the gym or looking to improve your technique, this course will help you develop the skills and confidence to train safely and effectively. Through expert coaching and progressive sessions, you'll learn proper lifting mechanics, build strength and gain the confidence to continue your fitness journey.

Start Date: 21 July

Duration: 6 weeks

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Time: 5:15pm–6:15pm

Location: High Performance Gym, Trinity Sport Centre
