Learn to Knit: Knitting 102

Got the basics of knitting down? Build on your knowledge by attending Knitting 102 and learning knitting in the round and decreases.
About this Event

Have you taken Knitting 101 and mastered the basics? Knitting 102 is for you! Join our knitting teacher Meg to learn how to knit a basic beanie. You'll add knitting in the round and basic decreases to your toolkit. NOTE: This class is a two class series -- the first will be held on Saturday, November 21st; the sedond two weeks later on December 5th with "homework" in between. Cost is for both classes combined.

PREREQUISITE SKILLS: Be comfortable with casting on and basic knit and purl stitches.

MATERIALS NEEDED: Please bring one skein of DK weight yarn of your choice and a pair of 16" US size 6 circular needles

AGES: This class is not geared toward children and is for students ages 16 and older. For kid-specific classes we recommend our Lancaster friends Handwork House!
