Join our most popular beginner class at Dye Hard Yarns and learn to knit a cozy, seamless hat that's perfect for the whole family! This fun and rewarding workshop is designed for newer knitters ready to learn essential skills like knitting in the round and shaping.

Hats are quick, satisfying, and make for wonderful handmade gifts. Walk out with the confidence to knit dozens more!

In this class, you will learn:

· Knitting in the Round: Master using circular needles to create a seamless tube.

· The Magic of Purling: Practice your purl stitch in a simple ribbed brim.

· Shaping with Decreases: Learn how to shape the crown of your hat like a pro.

· Finishing Techniques: Use a tapestry needle to neatly weave in your ends.

· How to read and follow a simple hat pattern (included with class!).

Skills Required: Must know how to cast on and do the knit stich. This is the ideal next step after our "Learn to Knit: Beginner Cowl Workshop".

Materials Needed:

· 70-170 yards of yarn

· US 6 and US 8 16-inch

· US 8 OR a 40-inch circular needle (for magic loop)
