Learn To Groom Your Own Dog

This hands-on grooming workshop has been designed especially for dog owners who want to be able to safely groom their own dogs and keep them in comfortable, practical pet trims.
All professional equipment will be provided on the day.
You’ll learn basic grooming skills tailored to your own breed of dog, with a short theory session to start, followed by plenty of guided practical time. You’ll also receive a handout to take home, but I strongly recommend bringing a notebook and pen so you can take lots of personalised notes
By the end of the day, you will have learned how to:
• Bath your dog correctly
• Dry your dog safely and effectively
• Clip your dog’s nails
• Clip and tidy their coat
• Safely clip around sensitive areas
You will also be introduced to:
• Basic dog-handling techniques
• Clipper skills
• Scissor skills
Everything is taught in a relaxed, supportive environment with close guidance throughout.
Once you’ve completed the workshop, you will:
• Receive a goody bag to take home
• Be invited to join my private Facebook and/or Instagram groups, where you can:
• Stay connected with others who have attended the workshop
• Post photos of your grooms
• Share progress and tips
• Ask me for help and advice at any time
This means the support doesn’t stop at 4pm – you’ll have continued access to guidance as your confidence grows.
You will leave the workshop with the skills and confidence to maintain your dog’s coat and general grooming needs safely, helping to keep them more comfortable between professional grooms and saving money in the long term.

Time: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Price: £165 per person
Spaces are strictly capped at 2 learners per workshop to ensure you both receive plenty of one-to-one support and make the most of the day.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your space. This is fully refundable up to 24 hours before the workshop.
