Learn to Fly on Sling

This sling-specific Intro to Aerial Arts series covers basic technique and safety. Students will spend three weeks learning skills and building strength for aerial sling.

No experience required! Your instructor will place emphasis on building strength and autonomy so that participants can work toward standard studio membership with open studio training after completing this 3-week series.

This class is the prerequisite for level 1 sling classes.
