Learn to Fish at Heart Lake Conservation Park
About this Event
NOTE: All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who is also registered for the program. No exceptions will be made.
Our instructors will introduce fishing equipment and proper use while helping participants understand how to fish responsibly through the practice of catch and release. This approach encourages enjoyment of fishing while helping conserve and protect local fish populations for future generations.
All required equipment is provided. Participants may fish during the program without a license; however, Ontario fishing regulations must still be followed.
Participation in the program is free and equipment is provided; however, fees to enter Heart Lake Conservation Park apply.
