Learn the basics of crochet to create a granny square! This is a workshop for beginners, or anyone wanting to refresh their skills.

Always wanted to give crochet a go, or fancy refreshing your craft skills with yarn and hooks? Come and learn the basics at this laidback workshop and make your own granny square!
In this two hour session we'll cover all the essential skills you need to start your crochet journey! You'll be provided with eco-friendly yarn and a crochet hook to keep, and work your way through making a granny square . We all learn at different paces, so you'll also leave with some further resources and a few treats.
We'll have a dedicated cosy space in The Gallery at The Libertine . It's a lovely venue right in Westbourne, and there is a car park right next door. Your ticket price includes a hot drink from the bar.
This workshop is suitable for ages 12 years and up. Youngsters must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Your tutor is local knit and crochet designer Becca from To Be Adorned. Spaces are limited for the event, but keep your eyes peeled for future workshops and social Stitch Nights!
