Are you a beginner? Then this is for you. Learn the basics of crochet, what tools and materials to use and learn the basic stitches.
The workshop will run 10 am - 3pm in the lovely craft room upstairs at Bibelot. You will need to bring you own lunch but drinks are free and a surprise treat from Kie's bakery!
In this workshop you will learn the basics of crochet and make samples of the different stitches. You will then move on to learn how to make a granny square. Yarn and hook will be provided to make a granny square and the hook is yours to take away! I will provide step by step instructions in written form, and support you reading the pattern. You will also receive a 10 % off voucher to use in store on the day to carry on your creations at home!
On the day:
* 10 am start and get to know each other.
* You will learn the basics of crochet: The tools needed and the different types of yarn.
* You will make samples of the basic stitches.
* 12.30-1pm break for dinner.
* After lunch we evaluate the morning session.
* Begin a granny square
* Finish at 3pm
Drinks will be available throughout the day for free and a treat for the afternoon.
This workshop will enable you to understand the basics of crochet and allow you to continue on your crochet journey. There will also be opportunities to book onto my next steps workshop, where you can boost your confidence and progress further.
