This course is for complete beginners, and Women who would like to learn the rich history and techniques of the hand played Sacred frame drum, & explore the healing power of the voice. There is a rich history of Women and frame drums through out the ages and cultures that has been lost & finding its way back.
Fears and limitations will be unblocked, replaced with confidence and personal empowerment. You will be gently guided each step of the way, with easy to follow home practices to build on that you can go back to and revise any time.
