In the First Sphere course you will learn 4 techniques based in Appreciation, Gratitude, Love and Compassion. Through lectures and in-person practice, you will begin to form a new habit of daily eyes-closed meditation time and moment-by-moment "prayer without ceasing".
Course schedule:
Friday evening 7-10pm, then continuing Saturday and Sunday both 10am-5pm
