Join Sarah LeBeau of Ebb and Flow Bodywork for a hands on partnered workshop where you will learn how to safely and effectively use cupping therapy for mobility, recovery, and pain relief while understanding the “why” behind what you are doing.This is a partnered workshop, so come with someone you do not mind touching. Open to couples, friends, family members…. You will be practicing on one another throughout the session to build skills, confidence, and body awareness. All materials will be provided during the workshop.
Cupping sets for body and face will be available for purchase after the workshop if you would like to continue practicing at home.
Note: Cupping therapy is not advised for anyone on blood thinners. With poorly controlled high blood pressure, or certain heart conditions. If you have any questions about whether cupping is appropriate for you please contact Sara at [email protected] prior to registering
