As a Reiki Master Teacher I am very passionate about Reiki and what an impact it can have our wellbeing, mentally physically and emotionally. Learning level 1 was life changing for me and have equipped me with the ability to self sooth, self heal and self regulate myself through all of life's ups and downs.
If you are highly sensitive, perhaps you often feel overwhelmed and struggle to manage and maintain your mental and emotional wellbeing, then this could be your sign to to learn Reiki level 1.
"Put your own oxygen mask on first" is what we are told when we jet away on our holidays and Reiki level 1 teaches us all about exactly that.
I believe everyone should learn level 1 as it's a great way of connecting deeper with yourself, supporting self care, developing self awareness and can bring so much relief emotionally, physically and mentally.
Learning Reiki Level 1:
Reiki level 1 is a two day course where we start at 10am and finish at 4pm both Saturday and Sunday and is priced at £150 per person. The next weekend dates for teaching Reiki Level 1 are stated below.

👉September 12th & 13th
Course Details:
A face to face, in person weekend workshop that runs both Saturday and Sunday from 10am- for £4pm. You will receive 4 separate Reiki Attunement’s, receive your full Reiki Manul as well as an additional Practical Manual to support you when you are qualified as well as your Certificate. You also receive one free Reiki Share event and a free 30 minute sample of Reiki healing.
Course Price:
I will be running this face to face, in person weekend workshop for £150 per person. A £50 deposit is required at the start of the course to hold your place and then the remaining £100 is required to be paid 7 days before the workshop begins. I am open to payment plans so please ask me direct about this. All deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop date.
On completion participants are encouraged to then attend Reiki Share Events, the first one is free once you qualify.
