The Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) is the center of communication, self-expression, and truth. When in balance, it empowers us to speak clearly, listen deeply, and honor our authentic voice.
This empowering workshop explores how plant allies can support your voice — both physically and energetically.
Together, we will:
🔹 Learn about the emotional and energetic role of the Throat Chakra
🔇 Identify signs of imbalance — like fear of speaking, sore throats, or overtalking
🌿 Discover herbs traditionally used to soothe, open, and support vocal clarity
🧪 Learn the basics of blending herbs for loose-leaf tea
🍵 Craft your own soothing Throat Chakra herbal tea blend to take home

Please note:
~ This class is for people who are 18 years of age or older. Childcare is not available at the community center. Please plan accordingly.
~ Pre-registration is required so we have enough materials on hand. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Registration will close on September 3rd.
~ Registration on or before August 30th will be $20.00 per person. Registration will be $25.00 thereafter.
~ Per the City of Albuquerque, if you do not have a community center pass, you will need to sign-up for one prior to participating. They are free! Please allow a few extra minutes before class to sign up for a community center pass.
