In this Learn, Make & Take workshop, we’ll explore how herbs and essential oils can gently support sore muscles, stiff joints, headaches, and everyday discomfort.
Together, we’ll create a customized herbal and essential oil–infused lotion tailored to your unique needs. You’ll leave with:
🌿 A deeper understanding of plant-based pain support
🌿 A personalized therapeutic lotion
🌿 Practical safety guidance for confident use at home
This class is educational in nature and designed to empower you with practical, approachable tools for self-care.
LOCATION: Westgate Community Center, 10001 De Vargas SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121
Please note:
- This class is for people who are 18 years of age or older. Childcare is not available at the community center. Please plan accordingly.
- Pre-registration is required so we have enough materials on hand. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Registration will close on August 27th
- Registration on or before August 22nd will be $20.00 per person. Registration will be $25.00 per person thereafter.
- Per the City of Albuquerque, if you do not have a community center pass, you will need to sign-up for one prior to participating. They are free!
