As autumn settles in and life becomes busier, creating moments of calm becomes even more important. This workshop explores herbs and essential oils traditionally used to encourage relaxation and help establish peaceful evening routines.
You'll learn about soothing botanicals, calming aromas, and simple ways to incorporate herbs into your nightly rituals. Together we'll discuss herbal safety, aromatic blending, and practical self-care practices that can help transform ordinary evenings into moments of restoration.
Each participant will craft two personalized botanical creations—a calming pillow and linen mist and an aromatherapy roller blend—to enjoy at home or share with someone special.
LOCATION: Westgate Community Center, 10001 De Vargas SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121
Please note:
~ This class is for people who are 18 years of age or older. Childcare is not available at the community center. Please plan accordingly.
~ Pre-registration is required so we have enough materials on hand. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Registration will close on October 20th
~ Registration on or before October 15th will be $20.00 per person. Registration will be $25.00 thereafter.
~ Per the City of Albuquerque, if you do not have a community center pass, you will need to sign-up for one prior to participating. They are free! Please allow a few extra minutes before class to sign up for a community center pass.
