Learn @ Lunch: Summer Produce

For ages 18 & up

In this one hour, lunch-time class, we'll share tips on making the most of the abundance of summer fruit and vegetables. Our instructors will show you how to make each recipe as you sit back and enjoy samples of each dish.

For ages 18 & up. Alcoholic beverages will not be served in this class.

• Spring Pea Bruschetta with Lemon & Mint

• Corn Cakes with Avocado Salsa

• Fried Green Tomatoes with Green Goddess Dip

• Fresh Peach Cobbler

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
