Learn @ Lunch: Mittagessen - A German Lunch

For ages 13 & up

You deserve a mittagspause! (That’s German for “lunch break!”) Take an exciting midday trip through Germany, tastebuds first. Relax and enjoy an expertly prepared German lunch and we’ll walk you through the essentials of what makes a classic German lunch while sharing stories and tips on how to give your lunches a German twist.

Demonstration; you will not be cooking in this class. For ages 13 & up.

• Fresh Cucumber and Tomato Salad
• JägerSchnitzel (Pork schnitzel with mushroom gravy) with German Potato Salad
• Lilo's Apple Tart

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
