Be prepared when it matters most! Join our recurring CPR/AED & Basic First Aid classes and gain the critical skills you need to recognize and respond to adult, child, and infant medical emergencies until help arrives.
In this hands-on course, you'll learn:
✔️ Adult Hands-Only CPR
✔️ Adult/Child/Infant CPR
✔️ AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Use
✔️ Choking Relief Techniques
✔️ Basic First Aid for sudden illnesses and injuries
Our training follows the latest American Heart Association guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiac Care.
