Learn how to play the
crystal singing bowls:
We know that singing crystal bowls offer frequency waves to our whole body that naturally induce brainwave healing. Brainwave rejuvenation offers restorative effects on the entire body, including resetting hormones, balancing the nervous system, and enhancing communication between the brain and other organs. With a deeper understanding of how these bowls offer frequencies that when played together, create what’s known as ‘binaural sounds’, you can intentionally harness brainwave entrainment for different purposes.
In this class, we’ll explore frequency therapy in innovative ways and understand the reasons behind our choice of tools to facilitate profound healing.
Everyone can play these bowls! It’s an amazing inclusive art form with no right or wrong way to play. However, there are methods we’ve learned to enhance the quality of our sound therapy.
We’re excited to teach with a balanced approach that combines hands-on experience with intellectual understanding to jump-start your practice.
You’ll practice playing as we learn techniques and streamline your learning process, allowing you to engage fully with your whole body and let your experiences guide your playing. Just like any other creative art modality, it’s beneficial to start with understanding the basics, after which you can explore and expand upon your own creative expression.
