This May Day, workers around the country will heed the call from labor leaders like Stacy Davis Gates and Sara Nelson for a day of No Work, No School, No Shopping. The working class’s greatest strength to assert its will on society is through withholding its labor. This is what will be necessary to abolish ICE, tax the rich to fully fund universal healthcare and education, and end the imperialist war in Iran.
