Learn how to make lotions creams and sugar scrubs

We are hosting two workshops perfect for those traveling from out of town. We will break for an hour in between. There are many nice options for lunch in the area. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch and eat it at our studio.

How to Formulate Natural Skin Care

In this workshop you will learn how to formulate your own natural cosmetic products: face cream, body lotion, hand butter as-well as an emulsified sugar scrub using natural ingredients. You will follow a demonstration of safe manufacturing process, a recipe based on natural ingredients and easy to make at home. You will also be given the opportunity to formulate your own natural products using the comedogenic scale and a recipe guideline.

You will learn in our studio located in the Junction neighborhood. Our classes are small 4-6 participants

At the end of the workshop you will leave with your creations a lotion, a cream, and a sugar scrub, ready to use, a recipe booklet and the knowledge to make these natural products at home .

Bath Bomb Workshop

In this workshop we will learn about the equipment and supplies needed to make bath bombs. We will go over ingredients including colour, scent and additives to make a perfect bath bomb. We will discuss how to formulate your recipe for different weather conditions. Choose from a variety of molds. We will also learn how to make a cocoa butter frosting and colourful embeds .

Lastly we will make many bath bombs for you to enjoy.
