Learn how to can dilly beans with us! An educator from MSU Extension will be talking with us about high acid canning methods and putting the harvest up safely in shelf stable jars.

This class will take place in the commercial kitchen upstairs at All Saint's Episcopal Church. There is a small set of stairs to enter the building, and then an elevator is available. There are chairs available at the facility. Please reach out to [email protected] with any accessibility questions!
This class is presented by Growing Pontiac, a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to helping our neighbors grow food in and for their whole ecological community. We are partnering with educators from MSU Extension on this event!
