⚠️ Heads up — this class builds every single week. Each Sunday we go deeper. Week 1 is your foundation. Week 2 builds on it. By Week 6 you're moving like you've been doing this for months. If you drop in for one class, you'll have a great time — but you'll also wish you had the whole thing.
The bundle ($105) is the move. Six weeks of progressive classes that stack on each other, at less than $18 a session. Drop-in ($15) is available if you want to try it first — but most people grab the bundle after their first class anyway.
