Empire Code Pop-Up Workshops: Learn Augmented Reality through Blender & SparkAR. For Ages 10 and above!About this Event
Augmented Reality Art is the art form of the 21st century.
Ever wondered how those interactive Instagram stories or Tiktok filters are made? With Augmented Reality, students can interact and relate with life-sized and lifelike objects to their immediate surroundings. Using Blender, students design and 3D model their own objects and filters, and import it to SparkAR to alter the user's perception of the real world. Students can now interact with their own Instagram filters, or catch their own Pokemons through their screen.
- For Ages 10 and above
- Date Options: Saturday, 4 February 2023
- Time: 9am-3pm (lunch and snacks provided)
- Fee: $275 (with device rental); $250 (without device rental)
- Fee includes lunch, snacks, t-shirt, materials and e-certificate
- Location: Novena Campus
