Choose your own path at Learn and Fun Day!
Learn new skills through workshops. There is something for everyone! Learn and Fun Day is open to all youth ages 5-18. The cost is $35 per person for 4-H members and $40 per person for non 4-H members.
Registration includes:

Workshop Choices
Get ready to choose your path! New this year, we are introducing topic paths where you get to choose your interest and attend workshops throughout the day focused on your chosen topic! Act fast as each path is limited to 15 participants each.
Cloverbud Path
Join us for a fun-filled, circus-themed Cloverbud workshop where youth explore creativity and teamwork through playful games, colorful crafts, and simple circus-inspired activities. Designed with our youngest 4-H members in mind, this session encourages imagination, confidence, and lots of laughter under the big top! This path is open to youth between the ages 5-7!
Food & Nutrition Workshop Path
The Food & Nutrition Path invites participants to explore the delicious blend of creativity, science, and hands-on skill-building found in the kitchen. This path highlights how food connects STEM concepts, artistic design, and everyday life skills. Youth will rotate through three interactive workshops on Cupcake Decorating, Sourdough Science and Chocolate Lab: Sweet Experiments with Melting Points.
STEM Path
The STEM Workshop Path invites youth to dive into science, technology, engineering, and math through creative, hands-on experiences that fuel curiosity and build real-world skills. This series of workshops encourages problem-solving, experimentation, and imagination as participants explore how STEM shapes the world around them. Youth will rotate through three interactive workshops on Electricity, Robotics and Quest Accepted: The Journey of Game Creation.
Horticulture Path
The Horticulture Workshop Path invites participants to explore the beauty, science, and artistry found in the natural world. Through a series of hands-on workshops, youth will deepen their understanding of plants while developing creative skills that highlight the many ways horticulture enriches everyday life. Youth will rotate through four interactive workshops of Wardian Wonders: Terrarium Building, Horticulture Workshop, Nature Journaling and Bloom Forever: Creative Crafts with Dried Flowers.
Visual Arts Path
The Visual Arts Workshop Path invites youth to explore creativity through hands-on projects that blend imagination, personal expression, and unconventional materials. This pathway encourages participants to think like artists—experimenting with texture, color, and design while discovering new ways to bring artistic ideas to life. Youth will rotate through three interactive workshops on Makers Mix: Koi Pond Record Art, Gouache Painting,

Animal Science Path
The Animal Science Workshop Path invites youth to discover the fascinating world of animals—how they live, communicate, work with humans, and contribute to ecosystems. Through interactive, hands-on workshops, participants build knowledge, develop empathy, and gain practical skills related to responsible animal care and stewardship. Youth will rotate through three interactive workshops on Fun with Dogs, Buzz About Bees, Gut Check: Exploring Animal Digestive Systems and Animal First Aid.

Clothing and Textiles Path
The Clothing Workshop Path invites youth to explore the world of textiles, fashion, and fiber arts through hands-on projects that spark creativity and develop practical skills. This series empowers participants to express themselves while learning foundational techniques used in clothing construction and fabric design. Youth will rotate through three interactive workshops on clothing and textiles.

YQCA
Those youth that are interested in completing YQCA should select the option below as well as sign up for the training on the YQCA website. This training will be held during the 4th session so youth will miss their last session in the path they chose. The training title on the YQCA website is: YQCA Training at Learn and Fun Day. All non-active 4-H youth must complete an assumption of risk form.
To complete registration, payment, and
assumption of risk forms must be received by your local Extension office within 7 days of registering online.

We will be taking photos of the event. Those not currently 4-H members as asked to complete the
Photo Release Form so that we know if photos of your child are allowable. Please return it along with the assumption of risk form to your local Extension Office as soon as possible.
