Learn the fundamentals of "Power Yoga" with Leah. This class is designed to help anyone enter a powerful yoga class and be able to "hang" in there weather they are ready for the heat or not!
Have you ever jumped into a yoga class last minute, put your yoga mat down and realize that you are in the hardest class at the studio?!?! Don't worry, this happens to the best of us. Especially on the days we least need "Power" yoga.
This class is designed to help you flow in the class and enjoy your yoga practice while still respecting the teacher and the practice.
Drop in for $15 Monday June 17th at noon. The class is strictly one hour to respect working hours.
