If your child is obsessed with flips, this is the workshop for them.
Our Flip Only Workshop is a focused session dedicated entirely to safe flipping progressions, confidence-building, and clean technique. Whether they’re landing their first flip or trying to level up something they’ve already started, our coaches will break it down step-by-step so they know exactly what to do, why they’re doing it, and how to progress safely.
This workshop is for ages 6 to 16 years.
✅ What to expect
- A structured warm-up designed specifically for flipping
- Step-by-step progressions for your chosen flip(s)
- Drills to improve take-off, tuck, rotation, and landing
- Plenty of coach feedback because small details create big improvements
- A confidence-first approach where everyone progresses at their own pace with proper safety
🤸 Flips we may work on (depending on ability)
- Front flip progressions
- Back flip progressions
- Side flip or side aerial progressions
- Barani and twisting basics for suitable levels
- Landing and set drills to make everything cleaner
👥 Who it’s for
- Beginners who want to start safely
- Confident movers trying to unlock their first flip
- Those already flipping who want better technique and consistency
We’ll split progressions by ability so everyone gets the right challenge.
