Leap of Faith: A Diwali Ritual with Hana

Celebrate the magic of Diwali with an intimate, 2.5-hour workshop designed to help you step out of the shadows and take your own leap of faith.
In the epic Ramayana, Hanuman’s fierce courage and literal leap across the ocean paved the way for light to triumph over darkness. This workshop is a modern ritual dedicated to awakening that very same inner strength, devotion, and resilience within you.
What to Expect:
Meaning: Our ritual will include a welcoming sharing circle and mediation to set intentions and quiet the mind. We return to this space of inner meaning at the end of our journey with an extended, deeply restorative Savasana to promote total rest.
Movement: We step onto the mat for a soulful Asana practice. We will intentionally open our hearts and hips with Anjaneyasana and Hanumanasana - physically embodying the leap of faith.
Mithai: After moving, we soften into comfort and community. Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of chai and traditional Indian sweets like ladoo and jalebi while listening to the timeless storytelling of the Ramayana. This is your opportunity to chat, connect, and ask questions.
Come exactly as you are to move, reflect, and celebrate. Welcome to all, and curiosity.
Costs: £30 or £22 concessions. Limited low cost spaces are available.
