Connections is holding an informational workshop regarding LEAP November 14, 2024.What is LEAP: The Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) is a federally funded program that helps eligible hard-working Colorado families, seniors and individuals pay a portion of their winter home heating costs.

Consumers will learn about LEAP, eligibility and how to apply. Connections has Certified Benefits Enrollment Counselors to help you navigate the application process.
