Join us for a deeply immersive and restful experience as we celebrate the Autumnal Equinox with a Restorative Yin Sound Bath on September 22, 2024. This unique event is designed to help you find balance, harmony, and inner peace as we transition into the autumn season. The Autumnal Equinox is a time of equilibrium, where day and night are equal in length, symbolizing balance and reflection. Our Restorative Yin Sound Bath will harness the energy of balance present during the equinox to help you align with nature’s rhythm and cultivate a sense of inner harmony.
EXPERIENCE
The session will begin with Kate providing a gentle Yin Yoga practice, focusing on long-held, passive poses that target the deep connective tissues and fascia. This practice will help to release physical tension and prepare your body and mind for deep relaxation. Yin Yoga is particularly beneficial for calming the nervous system and encouraging a meditative state. Following the Yin Yoga practice, you will be invited to lie down comfortably and surrender to the healing vibrations of the sound bath. Using a variety of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums, Melissa will create a symphony of sounds designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and facilitate emotional release. The harmonious frequencies will help to clear energetic blockages, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
