Leanne’s on an all-inclusive and she’s having a lovely time. Are her thighs chafing together? Of course. Is she having terrifying thoughts of eternal damnation? Never. Sex on the beach for breakfast? Always. Surreal spoken-word-comedy-clowning with “hundred mile an hour charm” (Reviews Hub) from poetic comedian, Leanne Shorley.
Leanne Shorley is a comedian and spoken word poet. Her work has been featured on BBC Radio 3, BBC Radio 6 Music and showcased at the Institute of Contemporary Arts. She’s appeared on the BAFTA award-winning 'Life & Rhymes' on Sky Arts and her first one-woman show 'Leanne Shorley: Nice Things' debuted at Brighton Fringe in 2022. She hosts Brighton's longest-running poetry slam ‘Hammer & Tongue’.
