Join us for a Lean Coffee Chat hosted by Gemba Academy, an informal, conversation-driven gathering where improvement professionals connect, share challenges, and learn from each other's real experiences.

These 60-minute sessions are designed to bring together people working in operations, leadership, and continuous improvement who want to exchange practical ideas and discuss challenges with peers from other organizations.

The Theme for this session: Building Influence as a Lean Leader

One of the most important skills of a Lean Leader is the ability to influence others. While Lean tools and methodologies are important, sustainable improvement happens when leaders can build trust, gain buy-in, and inspire people to embrace change. Join us as we discuss practical ways Lean Leaders can strengthen their influence, develop others, and create a culture of continuous improvement.

Lean Coffee Chats bring people together for meaningful conversations where participants connect with others, learn from shared experiences, discuss common challenges, seek help with problem-solving, and expand their professional network.

  Coffee and light pastries will be provided.
