Lean Breakfast Workshop

This workshop, being help at ETZ Ltd, is part of a six-monthly series aimed at providing you with the tools to support you through the F4OR programme’s Process Excellence requirements. The series is designed to support you to develop your own continuous improvement strategies, to apply process improvements, improve workplace organisation and much more. Each workshop is also topped and tailed with a 30 minute networking opportunity.

Our fourth in the series, to be held on Wednesday 14th August, will focus on supporting your business with workplace organisation methods which will be an opportunity to provide you with the following tools and take aways:

• Structured approach to implementing & sustaining workplace organisation.
• Solutions to potential challenges when implementing Workplace Organisation
• Practical tips & tools to organise your office & shopfloor.

Who should attend?

This event is open to all manufacturers and producers large, small and sector wide who wish to improve business efficiency and commence their F4OR accreditation journey. It is aimed at business leaders and managers who are looking to introduce a culture of change within the business and who wish to engage the workforce to look for opportunities to ‘do things better’ and deliver process improvements that can benefit the business. The event has been timed to ensure minimum time away from the workplace, arriving from 9:00am with breakfast rolls, fruit, pastries and refreshments available; the workshop will start at 9:30am and finish at 12:00pm.

There will be ample opportunity to network with like-minded decision makers and explore ways that SMAS can support your business. This also a great opportunity to see the new collaborative space at ETZ Ltd – the new renewable hub for the region.

Once the workshop is completed, there will also be an opportunity to hear how our Energy Transition focused Business Improvement Academy can further support your business on your process excellence journey which will commence following the last free workshop in the series in October.
