Lean Breakfast Workshop

This workshop, being help at ETZ Ltd, is part of a six-monthly series aimed at providing you with the tools to support you through the F4OR programme’s Process Excellence requirements. The series is designed to support you to develop your own continuous improvement strategies, to apply process improvements, improve workplace organisation and much more. Each workshop is also topped and tailed with a 30 minute networking opportunity.

Our first in the series, to be held on Wednesday 8th May, will focus on supporting your business to develop a continuous improvement strategy which will be an opportunity to provide you with the following tools and take aways:

· Framework to implement key business objectives.

· Framework to communicate key business objectives.

· Confidence and tools for policy deployment.
