**Leah Belle Faser live at Eddie's Attic!**Leah Belle Faser brings an authentic musical style that breaks down the walls of many music genres but remains grounded in a sound seasoned with country, pop, rock, and folk influences. With a powerful yet soulful delivery, Leah’s voice brings to life the emotional, energizing and thought-provoking lyrics of her original songs characterized by “infectious melodies and relatable diary-like lyricism.”—Timothy Carpenter, American Songwriter.
With favorite songstresses ranging from classics like Patsy Cline and Ella Fitzgerald to Linda Ronstadt and Eva Cassidy, Leah characterizes her style as the “rootsy cousin of pop country with a little blues sprinkled in.”
“I find my voice to be sort of a blended one that comes from a lot of the musical diversity I grew up in the midst of. Like most songwriters, I find my writing in things that happen to me, to the people I write with and in the world around us. I’m just trying to do it in a way where I’m weaving the threads of a story but leaving them a little loose in spots so listeners can insert their own truths in and make my song theirs.”
You can find Leah’s two latest releases “Trash Talk” and “If He Was a Truck” out on all streaming platforms; with music videos for both out on VEVO.
Leah is thrilled to play solo acoustic shows regularly at 30+ venues but is happiest when joined on stage by her bandmates Christian Schaffer on lead guitar, Corey Ahlquist on drums, and Chris Hein on bass. Splitting her time between Nashville and the band’s base in Atlanta, they come together to create music and play a wide range of songwriter/music festivals, concerts and municipal events across the southeast. They have recently opened for nationally touring artists Boz Scaggs, Jimmie Allen, Maggie Rose, Jake Owen and Christopher Cross.
Leah, Christian, Corey and Chris deliver a high-octane performance that includes original songs they have written together, songs reflecting Leah’s most recent work in Nashville and some favorites off her debut album, Crossing Hermi’s Bridge, produced by Grammy Award winning Nashville producer, Casey Wood. They also play a wide range of southern rock, country, and retro soul crowd-favorite covers spanning the eras. For more information, check out their EPK here: www.leahbellefaser.com/epk
