Description: Learn the ancient technique of leadworking - using metal cames to build sturdy, weather-tight panels. During this 4-hour class, students will learn how to cut came using Lead Dykes, fit came to glass, solder cames together, and cement and clean the panel. All tools and materials are provided.
Safety: Please wear CLOSED-TOE shoes to all Glass Crafters sponsored classes. Students with sandals or open-toed shoes will not be allowed in the classroom. Long pants are recommended but not mandatory. Safety glasses must be worn, glasses are provided in class if needed.
Course fee is $160 and includes all materials and supplies.
