Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, YA CEU's only Not for credit toward Pranakriya's 300-hour certification
By taking this program, yoga teachers will understand the principles and techniques of Yoga Nidra; explore the science and benefits of deep relaxation; develop the ability to guide others through Yoga Nidra sessions; and integrate Yoga Nidra into a comprehensive yoga practice. Additionally, participants will learn about the history and philosophy of Yoga Nidra, gain knowledge of the different stages and components of a Yoga Nidra session, and understand how to create and structure their own Yoga Nidra scripts. The training will also cover the importance of setting intentions and creating a safe and supportive environment for practicing Yoga Nidra. Overall, the goal of the training is to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to confidently teach and share the practice of Yoga Nidra with others.
