Come join us at The Blind Tiger for an inspiring event focused on leading schools with courage and compassion.

Content covered on the day will include opportunities to discuss and consider the impact of current issues and challenges, how to create a culture of compassion, courageous conversations and sustainable ideas and frameworks for wellbeing and self-care.

The day will include:

• 3 facilitated, interactive sessions
• 1 group-coaching session
• Practical tools and approaches
• Space to connect and share
• Time to consider and plan next steps
• Lunch
• An evening to relax with tapas and drinks (optional)
• Fresh air by the sea in a beautiful setting

About Sarah

I have worked in education for the last 25+ years, starting as a Midday Supervisor and becoming a successful Head Teacher in the primary sector. I am now a Performance Coach, a writer and trainer and believe that schools should be a place of inclusion, compassion and belonging. I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD. I am director of Those That Can Ltd. I have 25 years of experience as a teacher and leader in UK secondary schools and currently teach in Alternative Provision. I am a qualified Performance Coach and speak and write regularly on teacher wellbeing, school culture and stakeholder engagement. I am the author of How To Survive in Teaching (Bloomsbury, 2018), A Little Guide For Teachers: Wellbeing and Self-Care and A Little Guide for Teachers: Engaging Parents and Carers.
